At Iron Wick Tools, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
In addition to your statutory rights, Iron Wick Tools offers a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
To be eligible under our voluntary returns policy, the product should be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and, where applicable, original packaging.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
For most goods purchased online, customers in the United Kingdom generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Applicable statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Return Costs
For eligible voluntary return requests made within the first 7 calendar days after receiving the product, Iron Wick Tools will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For eligible change-of-mind return requests made from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise required by law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Iron Wick Tools will cover reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
For eligible returns under our voluntary policy, approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable United Kingdom law if that timeframe is shorter.
