SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Areas We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a threshold displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ironwicktools.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
