6. Returns and Refunds
In addition to statutory consumer rights, customers may request an eligible voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible voluntary returns requested during the first 7 calendar days, Iron Wick Tools will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
For qualifying distance purchases, customers generally have the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
Approved voluntary-policy refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected, subject to any shorter statutory deadline.
